But if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for some reason, let us help you with the replacement, return, or exchange. 


Returns Policy

  1. US-based customers must return the product within 14 days of the delivery.
  2. Customers based in Canada or anywhere else in the world must return the product within 21 days of the delivery.
  3. Items in their original condition, unworn, free from any stains, body odor, and with tags still attached are eligible for return.
  4. For health and hygiene purposes panties, thongs, bras, and sensual accessories cannot be returned.
  5. Products on sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  6. For a return, panties, bodysuits, or other lingerie items should be tried over your own lingerie.
  7. The customer bears the expenses for return shipping on all international orders.
  8. A payment receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to process the return.
  9. Products that are missing any stone, strap, or have been washed or tampered with cannot be returned.
  10. Products with opened hygiene seals cannot be returned.
  11. Products that got damaged in the customer's possession will not be returned.
  12. Curvypetitte will not refund service taxes or shipping costs in case of a return.
  13. On return, refunds are made using the original mode of payment.
  14. Refunds are made as per the original purchase cost only. Current discount offers on the product don't have an effect on the refund.
  15. A single item from a bundle purchase cannot be returned alone.
  16. Free gift(s) offered with the product must be returned along with the purchased item.
  17. Returning items should be postmarked with 14 days period for the US and 21 days for all international customers.
  18. Candles, oils, lubricants, and other sexual items can not be returned with opened packaging.
  19. Wrist and ankle cuffs, blindfolds, pinwheels, nipple patches, feather ticklers, or other exotic accessories cannot be returned unless faulty. 
  20. Refunds may take up to five business days to process, depending on your bank.

Exchange Policy 

  1. You can place your order for any item only after returning the product that needs to be exchanged. 
  2. Items on sale cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
  3. Exchange is only valid for the items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  4. International exchange only for customers who are willing to bear the shipping costs. 
  5. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. To exchange an item of a higher value, we will charge you via your original payment method. Refund will be made via same to cover the price difference in case the new product is cheaper.
  7. Our team offers a refund or will reach out to you to select a new item if the one you asked for as an exchange is out of stock. 
  8. Intimate products such as wrist and ankle cuffs, blindfolds, pinwheels, nipple patches, or feather ticklers will not be exchanged unless faulty. 
  9. Opened packs of Hosiery are not eligible for exchange.
  10. Face Masks will not be exchanged.
  11.  Items on sale can only be exchanged for store credit.
